FAQ
What people ask most often
Which TVs are supported?
Android TV and Google TV on Android 8 or newer, and set-top boxes running them. Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS) and other systems won't work because they lack the required mode. You can connect an Android TV box to them instead.
Will Netflix, YouTube and my other apps stay?
Yes. The new screen replaces only the home page: everything installed on the TV stays and appears there. Apps you don't have are installed as usual from the store on the TV. TV Manager opens the right search, and you confirm with the remote.
What if something goes wrong?
A restore point is saved before setup. The “Restore everything” button always works, with no key, payment or internet. In rare cases a TV may stop booting, and we warn you about this honestly before you pay. If the setup fails, we'll refund you.
Why turn off my antivirus?
Some antivirus programs close the app window or interrupt the setup, and it then ends with an error. Turn it off while you set things up and back on when you're done.
Do I need to register?
No. An account is created automatically, and the key is tied to your computer and TV.
What about a different computer?
The “Move key to another computer” service transfers your key. The TVs stay in the key.
