We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and do not process special categories of data. Our services are not directed at children under 16.

4. Cookies and local storage

When you first visit, we ask for your cookie choice. The necessary cookie “pl_consent” only remembers that choice for 6 months. The page also keeps the language and currency you picked in your browser, so the site opens in them next time. The optional functional category may store page content in your browser for faster loading; the current version of the website does not store any content, and it is never used for tracking. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page.

The Russian version of the site (thepleinair.space/ru) is made for the Russian market: it uses Yandex Metrica analytics only after you accept it there, and has its own privacy policy in Russian.

The demo websites in our portfolio are concepts. Their booking forms, carts and similar features keep data only in your own browser (local storage) and never send it to us or anyone else. Some demos load fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps, which receive your IP address when those pages are opened.

5. Who receives data

6. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE, the EU or the EEA, for example in the United States. Where the GDPR or the PDPL require it, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

To exercise your rights, email admin@thepleinair.space. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

8. Security

The website runs over HTTPS with strict security headers and does not keep enquiries on its servers: the copy of an enquiry is passed straight to the studio’s Telegram chat. Access to our messaging and email accounts is limited to the studio and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available at thepleinair.space/privacy, with the date of the last update at the top.
