Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the services provided by Emil Sayasatovich Alekperov, a self-employed individual registered in the Russian Federation (professional income tax payer, INN 391707496990), trading as The Pleinair Studio (“we”, “us”), to clients (“you”) who order websites, digital products, marketing, CRM, automation or AI services through this website or our contacts. The specific scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in a written quote. If a quote or contract says something different, the quote or contract applies.

2. Prices

2.1. Prices on this website are indicative, shown as “from”, and can be displayed in AED, USD or RUB. They are not a public offer; the price calculator provides an estimate only.

2.2. Prices may change. The final price and timeline are agreed individually and fixed in the quote.

2.3. Discounts under our referral programme, barter arrangements and price adjustments for specific services are possible by mutual agreement.

3. How we work and payment

  1. We discuss your goals and agree the scope of work.
  2. We send you a quote and an invoice.
  3. Once the quote is approved, you pay a 50% deposit. Work starts only after the deposit has been received; timelines run from that date and from the date we receive the materials we need from you.
  4. We build, test and deliver the project.
  5. On delivery, you pay the remaining 50%.
  6. After full payment we hand over all accesses, files and materials of the project.

Invoices are issued in AED. You can pay by card, in cash or in cryptocurrency. Payments in cash are priced 5% lower and payments in cryptocurrency 7% lower than the standard (card) price; the payment method is agreed in the quote.

4. Scope and changes

4.1. Once the quote has been issued, the scope of work for the project is fixed.

4.2. Any additions or changes outside the agreed scope are charged separately. They are delivered after the current project has been fully handed over, under a new quote and invoice.

5. Third-party costs paid by the client

Our prices cover our work only. We do not pay for third-party services, licences or fees. These are paid by you directly, including:

We help you choose and set these services up. Accounts are registered in your name, so you keep full control of them.

6. Support

6.1. For 30 days after the website is handed over, support is free: we fix errors in the delivered functionality and help with small adjustments.

6.2. After 30 days, support continues under our Website Maintenance plan or is quoted separately. New features are not part of support and are quoted as described in section 4.

7. Your part

You provide the texts, images, logos, accesses and feedback the project needs, and confirm that you have the right to use the materials you send us. Delays in materials or feedback move the timeline accordingly.

8. Ownership

After full payment, the rights to the work created specifically for you pass to you. Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, plugins, stock media) remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished project in our portfolio.

9. Liability

We work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for outages, changes or policies of third-party services (hosting providers, app stores, messengers, advertising platforms) or for indirect losses. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

10. Changes and contact
